Understand the Buying Process
Here’s a simple breakdown of what to expect - from planning to closing
We’ll meet to discuss your budget, criteria, preferred location and what you can expect during the process. You’ll also get to know me a bit more to ensure I’m the right REALTOR® for you!
STEP 1: BUYER CONSULTATION
STEP 2: GET PRE-APPROVED
If you haven’t already met with a lender, I will get you connected to ensure your finances are in order and see what you can afford. Having a pre-approval letter will show the seller that you’ve spoken to a lender and that you have the ability to purchase the home.
STEP 3: HOME SEARCH
There is a home out there for you! You’ll receive a list of homes that match the criteria you provided and I will schedule the showings/tours.
STEP 4: SUBMIT OFFERS
Once you found the home that is right for you, we’ll work together to submit your competitive offer.
STEP 5: ACCEPTED OFFER
Congratulations! Your offer was accepted! Now is the time to work with the lender on submitting any additional paperwork, and work through the terms and conditions of the contract.
STEP 6: CLOSING DAY!
Now it's time to get your keys and move into your new place! Let the next chapter begin!
