  • Get a .5% closing credit when you buy a home. Possible to use rebate credit towards:

    • Closing Costs such as appraisal fees, lender fees, title insurance, recording fees

    • Prepayments for property taxes and homeowner’s insurance

    • Lease termination

  • Renters with a current signed lease, who are not represented by another real estate agent, and buy a home with a minimum purchase price of $100,000.

    • Paid from Agent’s Commission

    • Minimum final purchase price of $100,000

    • Lender approval required

    • Must be disclosed to and accepted on purchase agreement

*Indiana law permits real estate commission rebates to buyers when disclosed to all parties of the transaction and approved by lender.
