Here’s what to expect once I personally set everything up for you:

1. Market Updates for your desired zip code will be sent around the 1st of each month.

2. Automated Home Valuation Estimate will be sent around the 15th of each month.

3. Sold Property Updates for your neighborhood will be sent when a home is marked SOLD in the MLS/BLC.

Quick Note: If emails go unopened for 4 consecutive months, the system may automatically pause the updates. This helps make sure information is only being sent to those who truly want it. Of course, you can always resubscribe anytime if this happens.
